Richard Ellner Scholarship Program
About
BDC founder, Richard Ellner, believed that dance was for everyone. With this vision of inclusivity, we are excited to launch The Richard Ellner Scholarship Program. The cost of dance training can be a barrier for students from underrepresented communities who seek a career in dance. Our program provides financial assistance towards the cost of classes.
Applicants are selected for a four-month term of study at Broadway Dance Center and will be able to take up to eight (8) classes each week at a discounted rate during that time period.
Dancers may only participate in one scholarship session per year.
HOW TO APPLY
Application form for fall 2023 session will be available online June 30, 2023.

- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
- All styles/levels welcome to apply
- Please detail financial hardship
- Limited spots available each term
